YTT Trustees was established in 2017. Its professional staff have decades of experience in providing trust management and succession or wealth planning solutions to personal and corporate clients. Our team is dedicated to help our clients and our community. 

Thomas Tse

Thomas is a solicitor, a notary public and a civil celebrant of marriages. He is a founding partner of Yip, Tse & Tang and has years of experience in advising clients on wealth and succession planning, setting up trusts, estate administration and drawing up legal documents for the purposes. He also possess wealthy experience in debt restructuring and bankruptcy. His firm has handled over 1000 debt restructuring by way of voluntary arrangements and has dealt with billions dollars of debts in its history. His firm is a major professional law firm on doing DRP (debt relief plan) restructuring credit card debts

Raymond Tang

Raymond is a Hong Kong solicitor and a civil celebrant of marriages. He focuses on family matters, in particular matrimonial issues between married couples. He is also a busy criminal law practitioner and has dealt with a large number of criminal cases in his practice history. He has wide and deep experience in probate and administrations, handling family disputes on assets and trust-related matters.
